Good Morning – The 15 Minute Workout

If you think it is difficult to workout and you are looking for a quick solution to keep fit then this is the ideal kind of work out for you! This 15 minute workout is super efficient! It’s a resistance based work out and it can really get your heart going.

15 mins workouts


What you need:

  • A Kettlebell (or a similar type of weight)

The rest is all body weight.

Set 1

  • 30 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 30 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 30 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 Push-Ups

Have a rest if you need to , if you can keep on going then that is great!

Set 2The One Arm Row

With the kettlebell you pull  up in a rowing position using gravity – working gravity against you.  Followed by this you do a deadlift.

  • 10 Rows Left arm /10 Rows Right arm
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 10 Rows Left arm /10 Rows Right arm
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 10 Rows Left arm /10 Rows Right arm
  • 20 Deadlifts

Set 3Abs Based

  • 30 Second plank
  • 30 Bicycle  crunches
  • 30 Second plank
  • 30 Bicycle crunches
  • 30 Second plank
  • 30 Bicycle  crunches

You are Done!

That’s a full body workout using resistance and it shouldn’t take you longer than 15 minutes. If it does take you longer just shorten your sets or lighten your weight and just go with it. This can work easily  as 3 times a day , 3 times a week as a workout and it’s a super efficient way to make sure you are working out and getting in those work outs if you are super busy.
