Going Rogue and Killer Core & Abs Exercise Workout Wednesday

Posted Jun 01 2011 7:53pm

Hello everyone! First I want to thank everyone who has donated to Tonya’s fund . I am positive that through the power of social media, we will be able to help Tonya and her family achieve their fundraising goal. Let me also say that I absolutely understand if you are unable to donate or chose not to, there are no hard feelings! (If you haven’t read Tonya’s story please see  this post .)

I had an awesome late morning run after getting a bunch of blog work done. The weather isn’t nearly as hot as it has been the last couple days so I really enjoyed getting out and running along the lake. Who am I kidding – I love it no matter how hot it is! After a quick lunch I spent several hours finally catching up on emails and working on additional networking tasks.

I wanted to let you lovely readers know that after a short time working with an advertising network, I have decided to go rogue and advertise directly for companies. This way, I am personally able to chose the type and quality of the products that I advertise and ensure that they don’t conflict with my FHF mission. Additionally, it will allow me to promote smaller, independent companies that need publicity during such tough economic times. If you know of any small companies that are looking for more exposure, please shoot me an email at fitnesshealthandfood {at} gmail {dot} com!

Now on to this week’s workout! Per request, I compiled my top ten favorite abs and core exercises. Now just because they’re my favorites, doesn’t mean that I love doing them, but it does mean that they are effective!
