This week I am thankful for...
... branching out of my comfort zone and trying a "new" Chaud Cafe dish for lunch. OMG
I have been craving that Vietnamese Chicken Banh Mi sandwich since Friday's lunch!
...being brave and driving by myself, not once - but TWICE this weekend.
...finishing the exhausting tax questionnaire that seemed to be never-ending. YUCK.
... my new blog header - every time I see it, I smile. p.s. - that is the Detroit skyline....where I am from..go Detroit!
AND MOST OF ALL
...I have maintained a dedicated training plan for 10 weeks & I now understand that it pays to train. This morning, I ran the fastest I have ever ran before -10 miles -1 hr 28:38 min. That is 8:51 mile pace - I was brought to tears when my Garmin loaded. I never thought this was really possible.
