Hey All!

Busy, busy, busy...
That's a typical December, right? Actually, I can hardly believe that it is already December. This year has flown by!
Anyhoo...
I am guessing that you are doing a whole lot of shopping, decorating, baking and general juggling of far too many things. Am I correct? Unfortunately, I think that is pretty standard stuff for most of us. It is so easy to get caught up in everything and completely forget ourselves. I also think that we forget to slow down and just enjoy the moment. Whatever it is that you and your family celebrate, there are so many things to appreciate and love about this time of year.

In an effort to combat some of the craziness and still take care of ourselves, there just happens to be some fun challenges and cool things going on right now that I am more than happy to be a part of! I have mentioned most of them on the blog before, so I won't go on about the details. Besides, I want you to just go check them out and join in!

Christmas is a special time and I decided to share a few of #MyFavoriteThingsVisit me on Facebook and share with me, as well!

This is how I've been doing...
  • I have run 28.35 miles since the #RWRunStreak started on Thanksgiving day. I have run every single day.
  • Today's theme for the photo challenge was "Red". Here is my pic of a glass ball on our tree:

  • Today is Day 4 of the Running 25 Days of Christmas. I did 40 minutes of cardio & strength training, 12 minutes of Yoga, a 2 minute #PlankADay and ran 1 mile.
  • Also Day 4 of #MyFavoriteThings - This is Cleo. Her full name is Cleocatra and she is the newest addition to my little family. She has so much personality and is definitely one of my favorite things! 

 So that's the latest and greatest. I really hope you decide to get involved with one (or more) of the fun challenges that are going on. It is just a great way to take time out for yourself and continue to #GoGetFit!
