Garlic-Rosemary Fries

Posted Aug 15 2010 6:41am

Whenever I post a burger recipe, people seem to be more interested in my sides dishes, mainly my fries and vegetables that I make. I like the burger to be the star of the show with the fries and vegetables to be the side kicks, but the fries are REALLY good. I think it was Jess who asked me how to make them. Here you go Jess! Just for you ;)

Garlic-Rosemary Fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 425*.
  2. Cut each potato lengthwise depending on how thick you want them. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in one layer on a foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 425* for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

I think the rosemary really brings out the flavor. It has to be one of my favorite herbs!
