I have been getting a lot of comments about how I make my fries. They are really really simple, but really really delicious. I actually made them last night for dinner so I will go ahead and post the recipe.
Cut potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, combine oil, thyme, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss potatoes around in the bowl and spread out in a single layer on a nonstick cookie sheet. Season wedges with salt and pepper and roast for 20 minutes, turning once.
You can basically use whatever seasonings you like. I made these up and I really like the combination so I stuck with it.
BBQ Pork Sandwich
Leftover Pork Tenderloin
Whole wheat (or regular) buns
Preheat Oven. Combine BBQ Sauce and pork tenderloin in an oven safe dish. Heat for a few minutes. You could probably do it in the microwave, but I was afraid the meat would dry out.
