Gaining Weight Due To Stress

Posted Oct 14 2008 5:00am
I used to think that when your body moves a lot and you lack sleep, I will lose weight. But that is not the case when I am stress with my busy life. The more I am stress, the more I gain weight and accumulate fats on certain area of my body, particularly around my waist. I noticed that when I am stress, I tend forget to watch the food that I eat and eat food reach in carnohydrates which makes me feels a lot better.

I was listening to the radio this morning and I agree that our body stores more fats when we are stress. Because this is exactly what has been happening to me that even if I eat less and work harder, I just can't seems to lose weight.

So I will change my lifestyle and go back to where I was before, in terms of healthy lifestyle, before I started blogging a lot. I can blog and make money from it and be healthy at the same time. I am now trying my best to manage my time and spend time exercising and watching the food that I eat. I try to sleep for at least 8 hours a days to keep me more energized without drinking coffee to wake me up at work. I will not let stress to get in my way again. So wish me luck!!!
