It always amazes me how fast these workouts go. I get so focused on doing the activity that I really do not think about the time. Well…most of the time. Another fun bodyrock workout done!!
After our workout challenge, we made ourselves a quick Vega shake (which is what we been having after our workouts).
A little bit later we made dinner. Michelle and I made ourselves a pretty pink dinner.
