Frosty Fitness Challenge Week 5 (and week 4 winner!)

Hello Lovelies!

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! The Christmas Season is upon us and I am booked solid every weekend with Holiday Parties! I love this time of year, having drinks with good friends, spending time with family and lots of delicious food! Because I will be living a life of decadence for the next couple of weeks I know I have to step up my workouts in order to compensate for the extra calories I will be consuming and of course I will be posting these workouts!

Last night my friend Katherine hosted her annual girls Christmas Party, or as we like to call it Winefest!!! This night involves hot dresses, high heels, delicious appetizers and WINE! We also do a gift grab! Everyone brings a fabulous $30 gift and you can pick any gift to grab, you can steal gifts etc... it always makes for a lot of laughs. This year I ended up with a gold Coach clutch! The hilarious thing is that I had bought a purple Coach clutch as my gift to bring (thank you Coach outlet!!) Great minds think a like! The lovely Katy from Fit in Heels even stopped by the party with her new little bundle of joy, looking fabulous after having just given birth a week ago!

This week we have a different type of challenge for you. We have all heard that staying fit is 30% the gym and 70% diet, so in honour of that statement this weeks challenge involved making clean eating recipes!!! Yes that's right, this week your challenge is to try and make as many healthy recipes as you can..... they can be low fat, dairy free, gluten free etc....This weeks AMAZING prize has been donated by the Tosca Reno Eat Clean Diet  Team. They are giving one lucky participant an Eat Clean Diet book and a limited edition Eat Clean Diet t-shirt!!
