6 Tbs. Warm Water (Omit if not using powdered)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. Flax milk (or your milk of choice)
3 Tbs. Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Tbs. Rolled Oats
1 Tbs. Brown Rice Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 packet Sweet leaf sweetener
1 Dried Plum, snipped or chopped (You may use raisins, nutritional values will change slightly)
1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp. Fat free/Sugar Free Jello mix, dry
Enough liquid to create proper consistency
Combine all the ingredients and pour into a large microwave safe mug. (I use a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup)
Microwave for about 5 minutes.
Prepare frosting while it cooks.
Remove from microwave, invert onto serving plate. Allow to cool just enough to frost and enjoy!
