This week I did very good in the working out department and not so bad on the food department. My yoga class was cancelled on Monday because Laura was under the weather but that didn’t deter me from doing yoga. I popped in a yoga dvd (which I’m going to do a review on in a couple of days) and I did the 40 minute workout. I felt really good after the session and my arms are starting to feel stronger. They no longer feel like the wet noodles they did after my first class.
For the rest of the week this is my workout recap:
Tuesday – 40 minutes on the treadmill with running 3/4 of a mile (yay!)
Wednesday – lower body workout
Thursday – 2 mile walk with the pups (finished just in time before the snow started)
Friday – 40 minutes on the treadmill with running 3/4 of a mile
I made better food choices this week. There wasn’t any more mac & cheese or Lemon nut cookies around to tempt me. I made a quick stop at the store Thursday to pick up some grapes and oranges. Doesn’t this look pretty enough to eat?
