Friday: getting ready for RACE weekend!

Friday 11/16

Sunday’s the big day!  My good friend Melissa and I will be racing in Southbridge’s Gobble Gobble 10k!  Friday night I decided to hit the gym to warm up and stretch out my legs.  

I walked on the treadmill for .40 miles in about 7 minutes.
Then I ran on the treadmill for 1mile, in just under 10 minutes.
I still wanted to walk it out, so I walked for .50miles.  

I also made sure to stretch and foam roll a little bit too! 

When I got home, I got my things together for Sundays race, seeing how I knew my Saturday was going to be super busy.  

I’m excited to represent Oiselle on Sunday!!
