My quads feel shredded after 2.5 hours of TRX and 2 RealRyder classes… and I’m off this morning to Gold’s for a little class called ‘Hard Core’. Loving the sound of this! Returning after the class to post more : ) Here is the fun I have for Friday to start:
A glimpse of the new RealRyder Cycling Studio . If you are in L.A. there are free classes all Monday morning – running at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00! It’s a charity ride for Alzheimer’s + a news piece being filmed. Good stuff.
Reading up on the gluten-free diet for athletes. Here’s what I’ve read so far and I have to say other than it being an element of dietary restriction I’m not finding much. More research needed!
