Free Weight and Cardio Circuit. Perfect to keep you moving during the holidays!

As the holidays approach and we get busier and make less time for ourselves, our fitness routines can take a big hit. Some of us let it happen and say, "I'll start in the New Year!" I say, don't let that happen, keep up your routine or get an early start. Take advantage of some of your time off and get moving! Look at the holidays as a time not only to spend with others but to spend on yourself.
All you need is a set of free weights or two, one heavy and one lighter and a stop watch. The cardio/plyometric exercises are a great way to keep your heart rate elevated during your strength training.
