Last night I got four miserable hours of sleep and, needless to say (but am totally going to say it anyway)(probably a lot) I am fucking tired.
I've been up since about 1 o'clock this morning but still managed to roll my ass out of bed and get to the gym for Spin class. I haven't been to a Spin class since...oh, February or March of 2008. So, yeah, two years. I could tell. So could the instructor, she was kind of bitchy. I almost yelled out "listen lady, a little bouncing is the only thing getting me through this sprint so lay off!" Seriously, I appreciate instructor motivation and I'm all for a little toughness, but dude.
Anyway, my (weak) points are: I'm really tired, I want to go to sleep, I did get in a great workout today (and a lunchtime walk!) and it's 3:00 and I'm fighting to find a way to make it to 5:00.
Oh, and I do plan on attending Friday's class, too. Hopefully on, like, eight hours of sleep though.
