For Two Fitness Ambassador + Gaining Weight while Pregnant

Hi friends, in case you haven’t noticed my new “badge,”  I’m now an ambassador of For Two Fitness . For those of you non preggo ladies, they make freaking adorable tank tops and other fitness apparel that say things like “sweating for two,” “training for two,” etc.  Not only is it awesome to show off that you’re being a fit and healthy mom, but these are also great so people around you can figure out you’re carrying a baby and just haven’t been over indulging on the doughnuts.  I don’t actually have any of their tanks yet but I’m working on it.  I definitely want to show others that I”m proud to rock my bump at the gym.

And speaking of the gym, today I’m guest posting over at For Two Fitness and actually share my story about how I’m gaining weight this pregnancy and how I’ve had to cut back on my normally intense workout schedule.   My fitness activities have definitely been different than I thought they would but surprisingly I love walking and that’s what I’d prefer for my cardio right now (side note – I did go back to pilates today – 1st time in 14 weeks! I’ll share more about that in my weekly update)

Anyway, go check out my guest post . It really sums up the way I’m treating workouts and my outlook on staying in shape for the next couple months, I think you’ll be surprised at how relaxed I am about gaining weight :)
