Hehehehe- Don’t tell!? I hope life has bestowed you with blessings as we move into the summer months. I can honestly say that God is good and my life is moving at full force. I am incredibly excited for the future. More on that later.
As I am trudging through these last few weeks of school, work, and complete madness, healthy snacks and water are my best friend.
DRINK ALL ZEEEEEEE WATER (and sometimes Diet Coke, but mostly Iced Coffee).
I am struggling y’all.
Events. Dinners. So many desserts. Lack of time and energy for proper workouts.
But, I will keep moving forward. I will get back on track time and time again.
HEALTH IS FOR LIFE. You are not defined by a bad day or a bad week or a cookie.
Every single day, I wake up early and get the day started. Long days at school/in the office leave my tired and fatigued. But more than that, they leave me hungry mid-afternoon. What gets me through the afternoon slump so I can be productive AND make it straight to the gym after work?
