Last night I was in charge of cooking an 9-course chinese meal for Star’s coworkers. This is the end product of 3 hours of work

marinated pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and salt, pork belly
bean curd, shiitake
green and red peppers, japanese cucumber
and fresh fish. It was my first time preparing a whole fresh fish the chinese way

It was a big success! We finished almost all of the 9 dishes!!! The most liked dishes were: red sauce pork, the soup and the fish.
