Food: 9-course chinese dinner

Last night I was in charge of cooking an 9-course chinese meal for Star’s coworkers. This is the end product of 3 hours of work :)

marinated pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and salt, pork belly

and fresh fish. It was my first time preparing a whole fresh fish the chinese way

It was a big success! We finished almost all of the 9 dishes!!! The most liked dishes were: red sauce pork, the soup and the fish. :D
