I finally got to bake Lindsay's scones and there were great! I'm not a big baker. I'm a lazy chef so I was proud of myself. I kneaded dough! They came out perfect and had a great blueberry flavor without being too sweet.
3. Giant Salad Bowls
Salad mixing made so much easier in my giant Ikea bowls ! I greatly dislike trying to stir my salad and losing leaves all over the place. This bowl is perfect and our salad combo of spinach, avocado, tomato, and turkey bacon was a hit!
4. Green Tea Kit Kats
Yes, you read that right. Green Tea Kit Kats! Don't start a massive search for one, however, they're sold in Japan. We tried one in Tampa last week and it was ridiculously good. Very creamy and sweet. Note- if any foodie penpals have a Far East connection get me a kit kat! MMmmmkkkkkkk- thanks!
5. Heavy Weights
Heavy weights are back after 2 weeks of tapering for my half marathon . It was nice to get a good deadlift in yesterday. Feel the burn!
