I am super excited to say that I am posting over Mars Healthy Living today sharing some of my favorite tips for fitting in fitness as a busy mom! Once you become a mom it can be a little harder to find enough hours in the day to do everything and still feel like you are giving 100% to your family. However, I have found that I am the BEST mom that I can be when I make time to fit in exercise and some me time.
