Today I want to talk about staying fit while vacationing.
I know there are countless articles out there that focus on exercises you can do in your hotel room and how to get a great workout without any equipment.
But I wanted to touch on planning physically challenging activities that allow you to explore your surroundings while putting your body to the test.
As you may know, the bf and I are headed to Vancouver at the end of this month!
I have been looking online for things to do while we’re there and although I’m thrilled to go to the aquarium and the botanical gardens I’m looking most forward to …
