Fitness Friday: Balls to the Wall

This week's workout is all about balls.

Not Coach's balls, but medicine balls & Bosu balls.

Set your Gymboss timer to 6 rounds of 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of recovery.

My upper body was shaking after this HIIT [high intensity interval training] workout! 

You can vary the intervals or do repetitions. This is simply a template for you to follow. Let me know if you try it out!

Pre-Workout Fuel:  ProSculpt within 30 minutes of waking. 2-3 Meta-Ignite pills 30 minutes prior to workout.

Post-Workout Fuel:  No bake protein bars within 30-60 minutes of workout.
