The 12 Days of Christmas Workout
Start with a light cardio warm up, then do the first move, the 1 minute wall sit. Progress through all of the moves that follow, moving immediately from one to the next, circuit-style. When you’ve reached the end of the 12 mountain climbers, take a minute or two to recover and rehydrate, then jump straight into another round. Complete the circuit 3 times, then cool down.Click here to print the PDF.
Turn It Up
I’ve featured a lot of Kelly Clarkson songs here on Fridays in the past, but I couldn’t resist another one. Kelly (who happens to be a newly wed and is expecting a baby) just released a new special edition Christmas album, Wrapped In Red. This song, Underneath the Tree , was played approximately 18933406 times in my house over the weekend and I’m STILL listening to it. The best bit of the whole song is at approximately 3:10, but the whole thing is pretty darn fabulous. Let me know what you think!
