2010 is here. Let’s make this year better than the last, in all aspects of life. I’m sure most of us (along with everyone else in the world) have made at least one resolution about our health/fitness. Hopefully we won’t forget about them after just 2 weeks or so.
One thing to remember as you get going with your goals is to have support. Luckily, I have an awesome wife who supports me and encourages me to stay active and healthy. She just reminded me in an email that it was 5 years ago today that we first met:
It’s funny how much a girl can remember. All I remember from that night is eating a burrito from Beto’s (jk @wife).
If you want to be successful with your health goals, support will be needed. You will need to be encouraged and nudged in the right direction at times. Find good support. I’m glad I found mine. : )
