First Impressions: Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred

I’m a big fan of it. I was definitely starting to see results, but I had to stop doing it because it has some moves that aren’t allowed…i.e. – crunches. Plus, I found some more suitable workout DVD’s for my “delicate condition”…lol. I think level 2 is a little easier than level 1 honestly.
