Finding Your Motivation

Getting your wag on is easier said than done some days more than others.

We all know fitness is good for us and a running or walking program is the easiest to to join simply becaue it requires for the most part motivating yourself to get out the front door and a pair of running shoes.  A little good old motivation helps as well.

Even for those who have run as a mainstay for fitness, getting you wag on about it is difficutlt some days.  Here are some great ideas for getting motivated:
