Fiber Foods For Healthy Weight Loss

I used to think that loosing weight mean eating less. So the more I want to loose weight that lesser I eat, resulting to starving myself. Then after I reached my goal weight, I started eating the normal way. That even if I add little amount of food or eat moderate amount of food on my diet, I easily gained weight. Then I thought, this is so unfair. This diet is what they so called "Yoyo Die"t!!

Loosing weight doesn't have to eat less. We need to eat food to live. The more you eat less the more your body will produce fat. You just need to eat the right food.

What kind of food? Food rich in fiber. Because Dietary fiber (fibre), is the indigestible portion of plant foods that pushes food through the digestive system, absorbing water and easing defecation. It acts by changing the nature of the contents of the gastrointestinal tract, and by changing how other nutrients and chemicals are absorbed.
