The doctor made the decision for me ...a big fat NO. It looks like I have to chose a different one since I can’t run for the next two weeks and the marathon is two weeks after that.

Reading just isn’t my thing. I wish it was because there is a lot of good stuff out there. I only made it through most of this book (totally recommend it)
4. Do 2 core sessions a week (right now I’m doing 1-ish).
I did alright...last week I slacked off for sure. Here are a couple of the workouts I did

Again, I got lazy last week & didn’t try. But I made these new dinners (1) BBQ Pulled Chicken sandwiches & (2) Calzones
February was too short...it always is :) I set these goals at the beginning of the month & I can tell you I didn’t do as good as I could have...
1. Decide, YES or NO, on the Yakima River Canyon Marathon (by the 28th). If YES, sign up!

6. Make some homemade GRANOLA (for the first time eva’).
