fEBRUARY gOALS - rEVIEW

February was too short...it always is :) I set these goals at the beginning of the month & I can tell you I didn’t do as good as I could have...

1. Decide, YES or NO, on the Yakima River Canyon Marathon (by the 28th). If YES, sign up!

  • The doctor made the decision for me ...a big fat NO. It looks like I have to chose a different one since I can’t run for the next two weeks and the marathon is two weeks after that.

2. Be happy when I turn 28 YIKES! (on the 20th).

  • Totally happy!!

3. Read 3 books (running, nutrition, health, fitness, or anything along those lines).

  • Reading just isn’t my thing. I wish it was because there is a lot of good stuff out there. I only made it through most of this book (totally recommend it)

4. Do 2 core sessions a week (right now I’m doing 1-ish).

  • I did alright...last week I slacked off for sure. Here are a couple of the workouts I did

core workout5core workout 35. Make 3 new dinner entrees – I have my favorites that I make OVER & OVER again, time for something new

6. Make some homemade GRANOLA (for the first time eva’).

  • Did this one. Tried out these two recipes.
