fEBRUARY gOALS - 2011

FEB2 It’s the first of the month, and just like the months past , it’s time for me to set some goals...

  1. Decide, YES or NO, on the Yakima River Canyon Marathon (by the 28th). If YES, sign up!
  2. Be happy when I turn 28 YIKES! (on the 20th).
  3. Read 3 books (running, nutrition, health, fitness, or anything along those lines).
  4. Do 2 core sessions a week (right now I’m doing 1-ish).
  5. Make 3 new dinner entrees – I have my favorites that I make OVER & OVER again, time for something new
  6. Make some homemade GRANOLA (for the first time eva’).

 

Do you set goals? Every month? Every week? Every day?

Personally I think goals are WAY important & can be HUGE motivators. Not only do they give you something to look forward to, but they give you a sense of accomplishment & success!

Set some goals this month, big or little! Leave them in the ‘comments’ and I’ll hold you accountable! We’ll see how you did at the end of the month when I do a recap!!
