Read 3 books (running, nutrition, health, fitness, or anything along those lines).
Do 2 core sessions a week (right now I’m doing 1-ish).
Make 3 new dinner entrees – I have my favorites that I make OVER & OVER again, time for something new
Make some homemade GRANOLA (for the first time eva’).

Personally I think goals are WAY important & can be HUGE motivators. Not only do they give you something to look forward to, but they give you a sense of accomplishment & success!
