Feb 2, Exercise Tip Tuesday

If you really don't feel like exercising, try this tip: Tell yourself that you will only walk, run, use the eliptical, etc for TEN MINUTES. After ten minutes, see how you feel. If you still don't feel like doing it, then stop. But, 99 of the time you will want to finish you 20-30 minute workout. It's all about getting started!!
