Favorite New Thing: Mighty Leaf Tea in Chamomile Citrus

My plan is to extol the virtues of one thing every week- this thing must help me achieve one or both of my wellness goals, and I should be able to write a detailed description about it. My inspiration for this activity stems from Weight Watchers meetings, where the leader would promote one or two healthy food or lifestyle items that are just plain fun.
That being said, I've discovered a way to get back into tea! My mom introduced me to this tea, saying that it was her new alternative to dessert. The Chamomile Citrus is a wonderful tea- it comes in a beautiful silk teabag, has brewing instructions (including time) written on the paper end of the teabag, and end result is fantastic as well! The color of the tea itself ranges from orange to hot pink, depending on the contents of the teabag (they always use the same ingredients, but sometimes inaccuracies in portion cause the color change). The tea itself is smooth, flavorful, and very relaxing. I don't need to add any sweeteners to it (honey, lemon, sugar), but my Mom enjoys it with a packet of Equal (her sweet tooth is pretty strong). All in all, the perfect cup of goodness to enjoy on a rainy day or when in need of relaxation!
