GapFit Windbreaker Jacket ($98, 30%off online!)// GapFIt Brushed Running Hoodie ($49.95)// Kiehl's Lip Balm ($7)//  Brooks Pulse Lite Glove ($25)// Athleta Relay Capri ($69)// Amphipod Airflow Microstretch Belt ( $19.99)// Smartwool Socks ($17)// Newton Motion Trainer ($175)

Yes the marathon is over but my days of running are not.  I think our Indian summer here in Chicago has sadly come to an end.  I walked to and from work today wearing gloves (I have circulation issues, it's just kind of chilly) and a vest=officially fall.  Fall running conditions are the best.  Cool but not cold and with just a few key layering pieces you are all set to go!

My fall running attire includes
A great fall windbreaker running jacket is a must here in the windy city.

A light long-sleeve layering shirt, thumbholes and hood are a bonus.  The one below has light micro-fleece lining.

Kiehl's lip balm for those cold and blustering days. You can use this great balm on chapped hands too!

Lightweight gloves! Cold hands are the worst!

A great running capri, love this new color from Athleta and the pocket in the back is great for keys or to hold your lip balm.

My Amphipod stretch belt.  This belt is amazing, it expands up to 4x its size holding your cell phone, gu or chews, keys, chapstick, etc.  If you place it right on your hip it stays put!

Smartwool socks are a must, the only thing worst than cold hands, cold feet.

I'm thinking about giving Newton running shoes a try, interesting science and technology  and they are pretty stylish.
