I used 10 pound handweights instead of using plates for the exercises and it went well! I just didn't do the 400m farmer carry at the end because I didn't have enough space in my apartment. I got in my cardio with walking Zeke today!
I had a peanut butter banana green monster protein shake for lunch to refuel from the workout. It tasted delicious and I'm so glad to have spinach back in my smoothies!
After a long, long night of work and teaching riding lessons, I came home and ate leftovers for dinner. I had the leftovers from last night's dinner, which included four chicken wings and some green beans.
And no, the leftovers did not look as pretty as they did yesterday in the photo below! I just didn't want to take a picture of icky looking leftovers so I used yesterday's picture instead!
I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow, so I should really be getting some sleep!
