Exercising is best with a variety of activities. My doctor do not advice me to take up one kind of exercise because doing that will put excessive strain on the muscles needed for that particular exercise while offfering little reward to the muscles that are not involved in the exercise. I really think that having some variety will help keep my whole body in shape and to keep myself interested in exercising.
But if you are someone who can't do it on your own, a personal trainer can be a good idea. You have to rememeber though, that a personal trainer can be costly. At Phoenix boot camp it will cost less to have trainers while working with group of people who have the same fitness goals as yours. All their activities are designed for all fitness level. So you don't have to worry of being embarrased or belittle even if you have not dance or did any exercise before.
If your time is very limited, shorter workout can be better than no exercise at all. But always push yourself to challenge in increasing the duration and intensity of your workout.
