I am still sufffering from back and shoulder pain. But it feels a little better now since I am doing a lot of stretching before and after sleeping. Doing exercise with a lot of shoulder and arms movement also help to ease some pain.
I have some exercise DVD's here where the movements are focus on legs movement. Doing a lot of exercise with a lot of shoulder and exercise moevement can help loosen those stiff muscles. After my exercise, I am spending longer time to do a lot of stretching focusing on my shoulder and arms. Don't forget to drink a lot of water.
