I love the feeling after a good workout.  I feel like I accomplished something good for my body, even if it was just a quick workout.

Next time you don’t feel like getting your workout in, remember how good you will feel after.  It’s worth it.

It is so true. I have been battling depression for years. I've been on more drugs and visited more therapists than you could shake a stick at. But the only thing that has ever seemed to get me out of a slump was exercising. I started off slowly by powerwalking, and then worked my way up to more challenging activities. It is by far the cheapest and best way to make you happy.
