So, its been about 2 weeks since the Pittsburgh Marathon. How do I feel? Well… lets just say my shin went to far, and put me into “rest” mode. I got 1:34:40, im happy with that, however I’m now experiencing major shin problems in turn. After my JASR 18 miler I didnt take time to rest.
What am I doing now? SWIMMING! Yesterday I swam for 2 hours and 15 minutes without stopping. I didnt want to stop lol, until my arms, and the “crowded pool” told me to. Cross Training is like the hidden treasure that we runners just put aside because running is “the best” feeling.
