Seems pretty basic, but a lot of people don’t eat a regular breakfast, or if they do, it’s maybe a donut or something similar. Eat good, healthy foods for breakfast.
Easier said than done, like most health-related things, but it’s still important. Plan better and make it happen.
My fave breakfast lately? Bran flakes with a sliced up banana. So good.
