Sprinkle in around 2 tsp. of dry mustard Add about 1 tsp. whilte pepper Dash of salt and black pepper Add about 2/3 c. mayo And about 3 T. regualr mustard Also a little of the pickle juice
You can add more mayo if needed or leave out the mustard...some people don't like mustard potato salad.
It is very simple if you get already diced potatoes, pre-cooked and peeled boiled eggs, and precut onions, you can usually find precut celery as well. If you get all of that partially prepared it is basically cooking the potaotes and mixing it all up. Easy, easy.
