Easy and Tasty Guacamole

Fresh made guacamole is absolutely delicious. The best part: it’s really easy to make! Avocados are super-healthy due to their high content of healthy monounsaturated fats , promoting heart health. Avocados are also known for their ability to lower cholesterol, to prevent macular degeneration and cataracts, and for their anti-aging properties. Lastly, avocados are great for cancer prevention.


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • 1 Small Jalapeno – finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Guacamole RecipeDirections:

Cut open the avocado length-wise. Separate the two halves and remove the pit. Using a fork in a shallow bowl or a mortar and pestle, mash the avocado up so that it is chunky. Mix the rest of the ingredients in with the avocado. Let the mixture remain slightly chunky. Serve immediately.
