Fresh made guacamole is absolutely delicious. The best part: it’s really easy to make! Avocados are super-healthy due to their high content of healthy monounsaturated fats , promoting heart health. 1 Tomato finely chopped
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 Small Jalapeno – finely chopped
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut open the avocado length-wise. Separate the two halves and remove the pit. Using a fork in a shallow bowl or a mortar and pestle, mash the avocado up so that it is chunky. Mix the rest of the ingredients in with the avocado. Let the mixture remain slightly chunky. Serve immediately.
