early Aortic calcification noted on a lumbar spine X-ray. What are the implications

I am 65 and was noted to be osteopaenic at my first bone scan aged 50. Had a period on HRT for approx 7 years. Now take Glucosamine and calcia supliments.

X-ray was done in May 08
