DYK Quick Fact: Eating for Color

Posted Apr 14 2010 10:18pm

Did You know that you can relate the pigment in a whole food (fresh, not processed or refined) with the vitamins it contains? Vitamin A is good for eyes, hair, skin and teeth. Colors in Vitamin A are Yellow, Orange, Red, and Green.

Now Ya Do Brainstorm: What's your fave food(s)--- or--- food(s) you know of in the color groups? Add it to the comments/shoutouts. That's okay if you see your answer posted already. Add it on there anyway and have a say.

Have Fun all. God Bless You.
