What I want to talk about right now is the scale. Please folks, don't rely on just the scale or your bmi as a marker of health and how fit your are. Along with that, your weight is not as important as your body composition. I wanted to share this because, according to BMI, and to a lot of folks a person who is 5'6 and 170 lbs is overweight.
