Steamed broccoli, kale and carrots chopped mushrooms and chicken a little left over quinoa and a sundried tomato paste made lunch amazing.Mama : )
When I got to Hastings I trained my sisters husband then went to Dales : )
Son : )
Awwwwwww I love Dales sisters dogs they are so friendly and pretty gorgeous right?
For dinner I had veggies and tofu : )
I had to get up early because dale had to leave for work, so I went to have breakfast with my papa (look at his cutey of a cat) as he was up to go to work. Also I had to take my car to the garage next door to his house which was pretty handy! I had the same breakfast as yesterday : )
First client trained and car sorted I went to my sisters but first I grabbed a snack from the local health food store, I was in need of a mid morning snack!
This was a vegan veggie tart thing, it was very tasty and filling.
A couple more clients then home to Brighton to have some yoga fuel before session 12!
Tuna, vegan pesto, steamed kale and salad was perfect.
Tummy settled off to yoga I went.
I got home and threw some veggies on to steam and ate the broccoli stalk with a little salt as a starter, this may be my fav part of the broccoli, so good!
Kale, broccoli and tofu with a little green curry sauce made for a fab dinner.
And after a vanilla cereal drink : )
Well I am on day 11 and session 12 (after my double on Tuesday)of my yoga challenge and I'm feeling so good, the heat is back up and running properly too which is good news. I'm already looking forward to tomorrows session which is kinda weird but I am a little weird so there we go!
I also have some exciting things coming up in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned peeps! More on that in time though. I hope your all looking forward to the weekend? I certainly am even though I have to work Saturday, I get to spend Saturday night and Dale and most of Sunday which makes me smile : )
