I’ve mentioned the different ways that they track your progress: weight and measurements if you choose, and everyone tracks their fitness results. Each category is tracked by timing how many you can do in 60 seconds. So here you go, in four weeks, here are my Fit Chicks results:
Tricep Dips +16
Jumping Jacks +9
Sprints +1 1/2 (lengths)
Not bad for 4 weeks eh?!?!?!
Alright on to this sunchoke business aka jerusalem artichoke. THIS is a sunchoke:
Weird looking isn’t it. I always find if that when I don’t know what to do with something that comes in my CSA bag, I find a way to blend it into soup. I threw the sunchokes, a miscellaneous carrot that looked like a parsnip, a HUGE parsnip, a potato, and an onion onto a baking pan and roasted the veggies.
Mmmmmmmm I love hot soup on a cold night, especially in a mug!
