Last week I did something I had thought about doing for the past two years; I joined SarahFit’s DietBet. I leave for St. Lucia on February 18th therefore I figured it was the perfect time for a 4-week Dieting Game.

Basically you bet $30.00 that you will loose 4% of your body fat. You take a picture of yourself on the scale with a secret word. My starting weight is 153.8; which means I have to loose 6.15 pounds in the next 4 weeks. My goal weight is 147.6!




Everyone who looses their 4% of body fat gets their $30.00 back + splits the money of those who did not meet their goal.

So far there are a total of 454 players and $13,620 in the pot.

I actually would like to drop a little more than 6ish pounds in the next four weeks so I hope to reach a ten pounds weight loss by my trip.

My plan is to follow the Tone It Up 7DSD for the next week followed by two weeks of clean eating and finishing with the 7DSD on week 4. Then doing my final week of clean eating followed by another few days of the 7DSD before I leave on the 18th of February.

I am running the NJ 1/2 Marathon on May 5th and decided to train with Team Lululemon for the race. Jess from Fit Chick in the City will be organizing running sessions Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings for runners running the half marathon.

My workout plan is:

Monday – CrossFit

Tuesday – Morning Run + CrossFIt

Wednesday – Speed Session with Lululemon

Thursday – Morning Run + CrossFit

Friday – CrossFit

Saturday – Long Run with Lululemon

Sunday – Rest
