Meet Dana.Before the Total Reset Plan, Dana was a stressed-out urban professional with little time to prioritize her health. She no longer felt good about how she looked or felt and decided it was time to make a change, but wasn’t sure where to start. When she started the Total Reset Plan, Dana was resistant to the new foods she would try but soon enough began to love them. She gave her diet and lifestyle a complete overhaul and has never been happier!

1. Why did you decide to do the Total Reset Plan?
I had gained weight as the result of a stressful job with lots of hours. I felt and looked unhealthy. I wanted to make a change but didn’t know where to start. As soon as I heard of the Total Reset Plan I knew it was for me.
2. What surprised you the most about the program?
The food is good! Some of the ingredients can seem intimidating at first, but once you start following the recipe everything just falls into place. Never would I have put kale into a smoothie before this program but I was shocked at how amazing it actually is!
3. What overall changes did you see?
I had more energy. I felt healthier and most importantly, happier.
4.What was your favorite meal from the plan?
Braised Tempeh, Roasted Cauliflower Salad, and Superfood Smoothie
5. Where are you now with your healthy eating?
I’m much more conscious of what I’m eating, buying, making. I think before I act!
