1 cup of frozen fruit (I used a combination of: blackberries, sliced peaches, tart cherries and blueberries.)
3 egg whites
Sugar free maple syrup: optional.
It reminded me of a cross between berry cobbler and french toast. And it is my new favorite way to eat oatmeal. Too bad I’m about to be oven-less in a couple of weeks at school…I guess this will have to be reserved for weekend breakfasts at home!
After breakfast I lounged around my house until deciding I needed to do something with myself. I threw on my workout clothes, drove to my gym and then….got sidetracked.
That’s right folks, my gym is conveniently located next to Target. For my spending pleasure…
I perused the aisles for quite some time. I found leggings to work out in for $5 each…score! Compared to $21.99 a pair for the leggings in the workout section. Call me cheap, I prefer resourceful.
And don’t worry (I know you were) after Target, I made it to my original destination. I kept my workout easy today and just did some cardio. It matched yesterday’s cardio workout exactly except I did 40 minutes instead of 30 and called it good.
I’ll be going now, I have a few episodes of The Secret Life of the American Teenager to finish watching on Hulu . I personally can’t think of anything that would make this Saturday any better.
…Okay, maybe some more french toast/berry cobbler oats…
