Alright, I’m back. Pootah, I’ve been taking OSHA 30 hour at work all week, and it is mentally exhausting. yesterday being Tuesday, was day six of my thirty day challenge. i did workout but then i went to bed!!

so here was my workout:

Back day:

3 sets 8 reps ea. 80 lb lat pull downs and one warm up set

lawnmower pulls 3 set of 10 reps at 60 lbs

total gym rows to failure 2 sets

dumbbell flys 20 lbs 4 sets 10 reps ea.

Shoulders:

15 lb punches 1-2 ( jab, punch ) (30)

10 lbs punches 1-2, 1-2-3  (40)

8 lbs punches (76)

5 lb ankle weights (242)

no weight 363 punches combinations of jab punch and elbows.

Abs:

P90x Ab ripper x

OK and that was all folks!!
