Day 4 of Week 1 – 6 kilos in 6 Weeks Challenge

Today was a good day. Food intake was ok, maybe a bit too much on the wholemeal bread and wrap in one day but the exercise was really intense and felt good.

Breakfast: oats

Lunch tuna and 3 bean wrap and pumpkin soup

Preworkout snack: 1 slice of brown bread toasted with peanut butter

Dinner: Turkey breast served on two slices of brown bread with an egg, lettuce and tomato.

Note that today I didnt take any protein shake so I tried to push more real protein into my meals

 

Exercise I did bodyrock: http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/11/16/you-da-one-workout/. My partner did it with me so it helped give me that extra push. After this he helped me do some arm exercises with the medicine ball.
